Metro Manila has the worst traffic on Earth. That’s according to the popular GSP-based navigation app Waze. Waze recently released the world’s first “Global Driver Satisfaction Index,” which determined by evaluating the driving experience of fifty million users in 32 countries and 167 metro areas. Angat Dam water level rises
