PNP, short in rescue operation budget

Restaurant gas blast injures eight people in Brazil

Blast occurred in a restaurant in northern Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Monday, injuring eight people, destroying more than 50 buildings. The explosion happened in the early morning.
