“Lando” death toll now at 18

According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), “Lando” left 18 confirmed deaths as its rampage continues. The NDRRMC added that 16 were injured while one is missing. “Lando” caused agricultural damage worth Php 5.9 billion. Residents begin rebuilding homes in typhoon-hit Philippines

Residents in the town of Casiguran in northern Aurora province on Wednesday (October 21) began rebuilding their homes and clearing debris from the roads after Typhoon “Lando” tore through the area.
