Philippines should start its own naval patrol

PAGASA warns against return of haze

According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, there is a possibility that the haze rising from the forest fire in Indonesia will return to the Philippines if ever a low-pressure area enters the Philippine area of responsibility, which may draw the haze into the country. COMELEC approves use of shopping malls as voting centers

The Commission on Election (COMELEC) En Banc approved the planned use of shopping malls as voting centers in the coming elections. Said plan was approved in the regular session of the COMELEC, with six commissioners approving and one commissioner voting against. Taiwanese artist builds car using 25,000 mobile phones
