COMELEC first division junks all disqualification cases VS Duterte

THE Commission on Elections first division unanimously denied the four disqualification cases filed against presidential candidates Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte for lack of merit. The disqualification cases were separately filed by broadcasters Ruben Castor, Rizalito David, Ely Pamatong and John Paulo Delas Nieves.
