The World Health Organization warned those that traveled to the countries affected by the Zika virus to donate blood. WHO added that this is a precaution as it is still not clear how said virus is acquired. The Department of National Defense confirmed that the United States of America will construct five military facilities all over the Philippines under the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement.
