Two areas in South Cotabato placed under state of calamity

KORONADAL, South Cotabato — Two towns in South Cotabato were placed under state of calamity due to the prolonged dry spell that caused intensive damages to the agricultural crops of the said province. BJMP directed to tighten rules and regulations
