Lalahok ang Pilipinas sa pinakamalaking maritime exercise sa June 30 hanggang August 4 na gaganapin sa Hawaii at Southern, California. Ang Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC)exercise ay magbibigay ng kakaibang training opportunity para sa mga kalahok kaugnay sa seguridan ng mga karagatan at sea lanes.
