Many roads in Metro Manila flooded because of heavy rains

(Eagle News) – Major roads in Metro Manila, particularly in the city of Manila, were flooded after heavy rains experienced since Thursday night. The rains were brought about by Typhoon Butchoy which enhanced the Southwest Monsoon or “hanging habagat” in the local dialect.
