Duterte scores diplomatic passport

(Eagle News)– President Rodrigo Duterte took his first step for his first foreign trips by acquiring his diplomatic passport.   A mobile registration booth was set up by the Department of Foreign Affairs at his study room in Malacañang on Tuesday.   Duterte is scheduled to visit Brunei in September 4, then head to Laos for the ASEAN Summit on September 6, and end his trip in Indonesia on September 8.
