BSP admits “faceless” P100 bills due to “printing error”

(Eagle News) –The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas  on Thursday admitted that the “faceless” P100 bills were due to a “printing error.” “We have resolved the mechanical cause of printing error that led to the faceless notes,” BSP managing director Carlyn Pangilinan said. 4.1-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental

(Eagle News) — A 4.1 -magnitude earthquake hit Davao Occidental on Thursday. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 101 kilometers east of Sarangani at 7:34 a.m. The depth of focus of the quake–which was tectonic in origin—was at 51 kilometers.
