QUEZON City, Philippines – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ordered that Canada’s flag be placed at half-mast after receiving reports of the death of second Canadian hostage Robert Hall. Trudeau also condemned Abu Sayyaf’s act and promised that Canada will pursue those responsible for the death of the two Canadian hostages until justice is served.
