MANILA, Philippines – The Court of Appeals (CA) ordered its Committee on Ethics and Special Concerns to investigate the allegations made by Senator Antonio Trillanes IV regarding the acceptance of two CA Justices of bribes in exchange for a temporary restraining order in favor of Mayor Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay Jr.
