Bomb threat hits Pasig school

(Eagle News)–A bomb threat was sent to Reedley International School in Pasig on Friday, Nov. 16, prompting the police to search the place for any explosives.

The Eastern Police District said the threat, sent via text message to the school receptionist, was received at 8:52 a.m.

The text read: “Your school is going down in a few hours. An explosive was sneaked inside your building early this morning at around 6:45 a.m. to 7 a.m. via a student’s bag.”

The police searched the school for any explosives.

At press time, the search is still ongoing.

It was unclear if classes had been suspended in the school this day.
