QUEZON City, Philippines – The Bureau of Customs (BOC) Intelligence Chief Jessie Dellosa filed his resignation several days before incoming President Rodrigo Duterte officially assumes office to give way for the appointment of the new BOC chief. Earlier, Duterte’s camp said that Captain Nicanor Faeldon was chosen by Duterte to be the new BOC chief.
