QUEZON City, Philippines – The officials of the Commission on Elections personally inspected the COMELEC’s command center in the Philippine International Convention Center where the COMELEC will serve as the National Board of Canvassers. The complaints and queries of voters will also be received in the COMELEC Command Center.
