Senator Gordon also posted pictures of him while inside the Philippine Arena, along with the Philippine chess team, and other Filipino athletes, saying the country should continue to give them full support.
“It’s an honor to be with our country’s pride—the Filipino athletes. Let us show them our support,” he tweeted.
He also posted photos of the Red Cross volunteers in action at the arena who were giving medical assistance there, saying he was proud of them.

To think that the INC had a hard time getting tax incentives to build the world’s biggest indoor arena, now an important structure for Philippine culture, sports, and international conventions—among others. Congratulations again to Ka Eduardo and the rest of the INC! Mabuhay!
