(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte is now preparing to leave for Batasan Pambansa to deliver his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) this 4 p.m. Monday, July 22, after the Office of the President sent word that it had already officially received the resolution from the Senate and the House for the opening of the joint session this afternoon.
