(Eagle News) — Philippines’ Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro Locsin Jr., had bilateral meetings with Netherlands’ Prime Minister Mark Rutte, and Hungarian Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister Péter Szijjártó on Friday, October 19 in Brussels, Belgium.

Locsin Jr., flew to Belgium to represent President Rodrigo Duterte at the 12th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit in Brussels, shortly after he was sworn in as DFA secretary on Wednesday, October 17, in Malacanang.
