(Eagle News) — Over 500 passengers were unloaded from the Metro Rail Transit 3 early Wednesday after it experienced another electrical failure.
In an advisory, the MRT3 said the 620 passengers got off at the Shaw Boulevard Station in Mandaluyong following the incident at 5:37 a.m.
The MRT management said the electrical failure was caused by “worn-out electrical sub-components.”
The passengers were able to ride the next train that arrived after three minutes.
