(Eagle News) — Four suspected car thieves were killed in a shootout with police in Muntinlupa on Friday, March 8.
According to an initial report, the shootout in Barangay Poblacion ensued after the four opened fire on authorities who had flagged down the Hyundai Accent, with conduction number MP 0669, they were on in Barangay Poblacion at 5:25 a.m.
The authorities reportedly did this as the car had been reported stolen.
The police are still investigating the incident and trying to determine the identities of the fatalities.
