(Eagle News) — Opposition senator Antonio Trillanes IV is now waiting inside his office at the Senate for word on the resolution issued by Makati Regional Trial Court branch 148 regarding his coup d’etat case.

Trillanes would not yet comment while waiting for information regarding the Makati RTC resolution.

He said he would wait for a copy of the resolution issued by Judge Andres Soriano who is handling his coup d’etat case which is a non-bailable offense.

The Makati RTC sheriff had left the court before 4 p.m. earlier, with copies of the court’s resolution for delivery to the Department of Justice, and to the Senate.

Trillanes arrived at his senate office around 12 noon. He had not yet gone outside since then.

But his office released a photo showing him with some members of the Magdalo group, and his lawyer, Atty. Rey Robles, while waiting inside his senate office.

As of posting time, Senate Sgt-at-arms retired Gen. Jose Balajadia has already entered Trillanes’ office.
