Second IED, a more “destructive” bomb, found in Bulacan – PNP Chief

(Eagle News) — The fourth suspect in the foiled bombing near the United States Embassy in Manila on November 28 is now in the custody of the Philippine National Police (PNP) as another improvised explosive device (IED) was found in Bulacan on Wednesday, December 8.

In a press briefing, PNP Chief Director General Roland “Bato” Dela Rosa presented the IED, an artillery that could have killed as many as 300 people in a radius of 75 to 80 meters.

“Malakas ito. Around 75 to 80 meters ang kaniyang radius.

Dela Rosa said that the fourth suspect, captured in Zambales, is now being questioned by the authorities.

His name has not been disclosed pending the police investigation
