President Duterte to visit Jordan, Israel

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte is slated to visit Jordan and Israel soon.

The Palace said the President will be in Israel from Sept. 2 to 5, upon the invitation of Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The President and the Israeli prime minister will talk about issues on trade, agriculture, counterterrorism, labor, tourism, and security and law enforcement.

He will also meet Israeli President Reuven Rivlin, and is expected to meet the Filipino community there.

After the trip to Israel, the President will visit Jordan, although the Palace has yet to release details on this.

Jordan recently donated two Cobra attack choppers to the Philippines.
