(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte signs the report to Congress on the declaration of martial law for the whole of Mindanao on the sidelines of the special cabinet meeting at the Presidential Guest House in Panacan, Davao City on May 25, 2017.

Also there to receive the report was Senate President Aquilino Pimentel III and House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez.
