Also invited to grace the forum will be Director Francis Almora of the Land Transportation Office to talk on the “Issues and Challenges of Law Enforcement in Promoting Road Safety” and Augusto Lagman of the AAP to discuss “Private Sector Assessment of the State of Road Safety”.

On the other hand, Gizelle Camua of Prulife UK’s Assistant Vice President for Brand and Communication will tackle the topic, “Safe Steps: A Road Safety Advocacy.”

The forum, which will start at 8:30 am at the MMDA Auditorium in Makati City and will be opened by MMDA Chairman Emerson Carlos with an inspirational talk.

MMDA also lined up several activities during the event at the MMDA compound, including holding of an exhibition and road safety product display by various organizations and companies.

There will also be a film showing at the agency’s redemption center where drivers can watch Road Safety videos after which an ITM staff will ask questions to the drivers about the video. Anyone who answers the questions will be given freebies from the sponsors. (MMDA)
