In photos: Fallen trees on Hong Kong roads as Typhoon “Mangkhut” continues to batter Asia

(Eagle News) — These pictures provided by EBC correspondents show fallen trees on Hong Kong roads as Typhoon “Mangkhut” battered the territory.

This was after “Mangkhut,” locally named “Ompong,” unleashed its fury in the Philippines and left at least 50 people dead.

“Ompong” made landfall in northern Luzon early Saturday, and left the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday night.
