(Eagle News) — Ilocos Norte Gov. María Imelda Josefa “Imee” Marcos filed her certificate of candidacy for the 2019 senatorial race.

The governor was accompanied by her brother, former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., and her son Borgy Manotoc. She will be running under the Nacionalista Party. (Eagle News Service Jerold Tagbo)
