QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Supreme Court Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno will be given a copy of the verified impeachment complaint filed by Atty. Larry Gadon so she can answer this.
House Commitee on Justice chair, Rep. Reynaldo Umali, said only after this will the House of Representatives be able to proceed with the impeachment process.
The committee on Wednesday, September 13, found that Galdon’s complaint against Sereno was sufficient in form and substance.
