(Eagle News)–Peter Joemel Advincula has filed for inclusion in the Witness Protection Program.
Advincula’s lawyer, Larry Gadon, submitted his client’s application before the Department of Justice on Monday, Aug. 5.
Advincula, who claims to be the yellow-hooded character in the Ang Totoong Narcolist videos against President Rodrigo Duterte’s family and close friends,has been charged with sedition and other charges in connection with these.
His affidavit pointing at several opposition figures behind the videos was also however used as basis for the filing of sedition charges against the supposed brains behind the videos including Vice President Leni Robredo, Senator Leila de Lima, among others.
Before saying the opposition was behind the videos under project Sodoma, Advincula stood by his statements in the videos where he accused Duterte’s family and some friends of being engaged in the illegal drug trade.
