Labor Undersecretary Paras to sue Trillanes for inciting to sedition

(Eagle News)–Labor Undersecretary Jacinto Paras is slated to sue  Senator Antonio Trillanes IV again.

The charges for inciting to sedition to be filed before a Pasay court stem from Trillanes’ remark the military should not follow “illegal orders” from President Rodrigo Duterte.

Trillanes made the remark amid rumors he was to be arrested following the declaration of the amnesty granted to him as void ab initio.

The charges were also reportedly because Trillanes called the President “insane.”

In May, Paras sued Trillanes for grave threats after the senator allegedly told him “Yayariin kita” in the Senate.

In November last year, Paras was also among those who filed a sedition charge against Trillanes for his alleged remark soldiers should shoot Duterte with their machine guns.
