(Eagle News) — The Judicial and Bar Council will interview all five candidates for the position of Chief Justice on August 16.
The Supreme Court’s Public Information Office said the public interview at the High Court’s division hearing room will start around 9 a.m.
The proceedings, the SC said, will be live-streamed by its PIO.
The Chief Justice post aspirants are SC Associate Justices Teresita Leonardo-de Castro, Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin and Andres Reyes Jr.
Also nominated to the post is Davao Regional Trial Court Judge Virginia Tehano-Ang.
