QUEZON City, Philippines – The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group is now determining who was behind the riot inside the New Bilibid Prison which resulted in the stabbing incident among the high-profile inmates.
The CIDG already talked with the suspects and the witnesses. It also has in its possession the CCTV footages of the riot inside NBP.
