Cabinet officials who will not attend Mamasapano re-investigation may be arrested

Senator Koko Pimentel said that the Malacañang cannot force the Senate to send copies of possible questions that the senators may have for Cabinet members in the re-opening of the investigation of the Mamasapano incident.

Pimentel added that the Senate has the power to have government officials that don’t comply with the subpoena and investigation of the Senate arrested.
