4.0-magnitude earthquake strikes off Camarines Norte

(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Camarines Norte on Tuesday, June 1.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 7:02 a.m.

It had its epicenter 86 kilometers northeast of Tinaga Island.

Depth of focus was 16 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
