QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News)- Maynilad and Manila Water Co., will increase their water rates in April.
According to Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) Chief Regulator Joey Yu, the increase is due to the foreign currency differential adjustment or FCDA.
