(Eagle News) — In this video by Eagle News Service correspondent Ruby Partosa in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan, typhoon Hagibis’ rains can be seen pounding the city.
Hagibis packs maximum gusts of 216 kilometers per hour (134 miles per hour), according to Japan Meteorological Agency.
The Tamagawa River in Kanagawa Prefecture also started to overflow, and people have started to evacuate in a nearby high school building.
