(Eagle News)-Classes in Cavite and Santa Rosa, Laguna are suspended tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 13.
Cavite Governor Jonvic Revilla and Santa Rosa Mayor Arlene Arcillas made the announcement of the suspension, which applies to all levels, as he advised residents to stay indoors due to an ongoing ashfall.
The ashfall came after Taal spewed a one-kilometer ashfall on Sunday, Jan. 12.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology raised an alert level 3 over the volcano, and has recommended an evacuation from the volcano island and Laurel Agoncillo in Batangas.
