(Eagle News)–Mayor Isko Moreno has suspended classes on Monday, Sept. 30, for college students in Manila.
The city government said the suspension, which also applies to graduate students, covers public and private schools.
This is due to the scheduled nationwide transport strike to be held by several transport organizations to oppose the government’s PUV modernization program.
“However, classes from pre-school to senior high school will continue,” the city government said.
