- Mandaluyong – all levels
- Muntinlupa City – all levels
- Navotas City – all levels
- Pasay City – all levels
- Pasig City – all levels
- Rizal – all levels
- Biñan, Laguna – all levels
- Sta. Rosa, Laguna – all levels
- Pateros – all levels
- Quezon City – all levels
- San Juan City – all levels
- Taguig City – all levels
The suspension was after the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology upgraded the alert level on Taal, which spewed one-kilometer plumes on Sunday.
The Ninoy Aquino International Airport has also suspended flight operations temporarily.
