(Eagle News)–Typhoon “Quiel” has exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to occasionally heavy rains, however, are being experienced over Baggao, Gattaran, Gonzaga and Lallo in Cagayan and in Ilagan City and Maconacon in Isabela.
Light to moderate rains on the other hand are being experienced in Tineg, Abra; Apayao; Cagayan; Adams and Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte; Burgos,Cabagan, Delfin Albano, Divilacan, Gamu, Mallig, Quezon, Quirino, Roxas, San Manuel, San Pablo, Santa Maria, Santo Tomas and Tumauini in Isabela; and in Pinukpuk, Rizal and Tabuk in Kalinga.
PAGASA said these may persist for one to two hours.
“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards,” PAGASA said.
