TY Ruby Out Of PAR By Wednesday – PAGASA

Typhoon Ruby has made its final landfall in Lubang island in Mindoro this morning.

In a report by Pag-asa, this is the fifth and final landfall of the typhoon in the country and is now heading towards the West Philippines Sea.

While Ruby remains to be a tropical depression and has a wind speed of 60km/hr near the center, it is expected to be out of Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tomorrow (Wednesday) evening.

Meanwhile, storm signal number 1 is still raised in the areas of Metro Manila, Bataan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro and Lubang Island.

In addition, a yellow rainfall advisory still remains in the areas of Rizal, Laguna, Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, and an orange rainfall warning advisory in the areas of Batangas and Cavite.
