(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over parts of Mindanao.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are expected over Agusan del Norte, Davao Oriental, Sarangani, Misamis Occidental, Zamboanga City and Zamboanga del Sur within one to two hours.
Theses conditions are being experienced in Camiguin, Surigao del Sur, Siargao, Zamboanga del Norte in Sindangan, Leon B. Postigo, Salug, Liloy, Tampilisan, Godod, Baliguian, Siocon; Zamboanga Sibugay in Olutanga, Talusan, Mabuhay, Kabasalan; Sulu and Tawi Tawi.
“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impact associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides,” PAGASA said.
