(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over parts of Mindanao.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to occasional heavy rainshowers are expected over Tabina and Dimataling in Zamboanga del Sur and in nearby areas in the next 30 minutes to one hour.
These conditions are being experienced in Dipolog City, Dapitan City, Sibutad in Zamboanga del Norte and in nearby areas.
PAGASA said these may persist within one to two hours.
“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impact associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides,” PAGASA said.
