(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Metro Manila and nearby areas.
The Philippine Atmospheric and Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over General Nakar and Infanta in Quezon, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite and Tarlac within the next two hours.
Heavy to intense rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are so far being experienced in Rizal, Metro Manila, Zambales and Bataan.
“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which includes flash floods and landslides,” PAGASA said.
