According to Senate Committee on Government Enterprises, Senator Cynthia Villar, it is now impossible to reverse the decision of President Benigno S. Aquino, with majority of the senators allied with the President and will not take steps to embarrass the President. Villar added that the government can give subsidy to ameliorate the Social Security System (SSS) pension.
