MANILA, Philippines – With 1, 200 votes, the Singapore post has the largest voter turnout in the first day of the overseas absentee voting as reported by the Commission on Elections. The voting machines in Hong Kong, Dubai and Riyadh posts encountered minor difficulties regarding the vote counting machines and the COMELEC assured that they are addressing said problem.
