Several M. Manila roads scheduled to undergo repair, reblocking

(Eagle News)–Some roads in Metro Manila have been scheduled to undergo road reblocking and repair.

The Department of Public Works and Highways said work on the following roads began on Friday, Sept. 20, at 11 p.m.

EDSA

  • southbound from Bansalangin to North Avenue (U-turn slot), 5th lane from sidewalk
  • northbound after P. Tuazon underpass, 1st lane from center island

C5 Road

  • southbound near Market Market

Katipunan Avenue

  • northbound after C.P. Garcia Street, truck lane

G. Araneta Avenue

  • northbound from T. Arguelles to Bayani

Quirino Highway

  • eastbound from Salvia Street to before Belfast Road, outer lane

Elliptical Road

  • eastbound after Maharlika Street, 8th lane from outer sidewalk

General Luis Street

  • westbound from Samote Street to SB Diversion Road

A. Bonifacio Avenue

  • northbound from J. Pineda to Marvex Drive, 1st lane from center island

Taguig City

  • southbound fronting Palar Village

The DPWH said road repair and reblocking will end on Monday, Sept. 23, at 5 a.m.

Motorists were advised to take alternate routes.
