QUEZON City, Philippines – Senator JV Ejercito and his co-accused asked the Sandiganbayan 6th Division to dismiss the technical malversation case filed against them due to the lack of the element of application of said public funds in a purpose that is not provided in the law. His co-accused filed a separate motion to dismiss said case due to lack of probable cause. The Sandiganbayan 6th Division asked the prosecution to answer said motion within 15 days.
