The Supreme Court has junked former Senator Jinggoy Estrada’s plea for a dismissal of the  cases filed against him in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund scam.

Voting 6-4, the SC affirmed the Ombudsman’s findings of probable cause for graft and plunder against him.

The SC, however, did not make public the justices who voted in favor and against Estrada’s petition.

Estrada is accused of pocketing P183.79 million in kickbacks from his pork barrel funds from 2004 to 2012 through the fake non-government organizations of alleged pork barrel scam queen Janet Lim Napoles.

The Sandiganbayan allowed him to post a P1.33 million bail in September last year.
